My goal as a wedding photographer is to ensure you enjoy your special day to the fullest. I want you to feel present and take it all in, it's your time!
To plan your perfect celebration, I nail down all of the details during the design and preparation stage. Here’s how the process goes:
Step by Step
After receiving your inquiry, I’ll send you a welcome guide and basic package list (final packages are customized according to your needs). Next, we’ll schedule a time to connect for a consultation and officially “meet”! We’ll talk about your day, go over your vision and needs, and ensure we’re a good match. You want to feel comfortable with your photographer.
Following our meeting, you’ll receive a customized quote for services based on our initial consultation. Factors like hours of coverage, travel, wedding size, additional photo services and products are all considered into the quote.
I send a proposal complete with contract and invoice outlining your services. Once the contract is signed and the retainer settled, your date is officially booked!
After booking, I send a detailed questionnaire to get a full breakdown of your vision and day. I use this as a jumping off point to create a timeline (which we finalize together before the wedding date) so that we're on the same page and have a game plan for the big day. This includes locations, scheduled events, shot lists, photography inspiration, and more. If you have a planner, I complete most of this stage with them! I'm always available for meetings, coffee dates, venue visits, and anything else you may need in the meantime.
Once we arrive at the wedding day, it's time to celebrate! Relax, and I'll be by your side every step of the way.
